For Those of you wishing to sweat it out on dry land, a world of advice, we suggest you head to the hills ; temperatures up in the mountains can even be considered chilly at times. With that in mind, the following pages outline some of the ' landlubber'activities in bali :

Using guides is advisable, as it is easy to get lost trekking in bali. Parts of the jungle
can look identical, and many of the paths lead nowhere. Sobek, provide profesionally guided village and mountain treks and organized walks around the national park.

We Climb to the highest peak and crater in the dark and watch an awesome sunrise from a top of mt.batur experiencing its stunning morning views. Then we make our way down to the newer three craters to see the most recent lava flows and fiery lava. We will enjoy breakfast on the top ( boiled egg cooked by steam through volcanic fissures ).This trek begins at 4:00am in the morning and finish at around 10:00am

the highest peak in bali This is the hardest & most beautiful trekking, start from besakih temple at 23.30pm, climb up through the jungle to the top. The view of the sunrise, Lombok island, Nusa penida island and nearly all around bali are very wonderful. It takes approximately 12 hours up & down.
