Sidemen Village Hotels Area

Sidemen Village was a based for Swiss Etnologist Urs Ramseyer and Sidemen Village is also a center for culture and arts, particulary endek cloth and songket, which is woven with threads of silver and gold. German Artist Walter Spies live in Iseh from sometime from 1932.

Later, the Swiss painter Theo Meier, nearly as famous as Spies for his influence on Balinese art, live in the same house. Iseh village in Sidemen is very famous for its wonderful rice terrace which must visited by tourists especially the European.
