  - Low Season : 21 days prior arrival date otherwise there will be one night charged of total rooms reserved.
  - High Season : 30 days prior arrival date otherwise there will be one night charged of total rooms reserved.
  - Peak Season : 45 days prior arrival date otherwise there will be one night charged of total rooms reserved.
  - NO SHOW : Full Charge of total rooms reserved.

In the dry season - Bali winter - the flora is quite dry and the area is not green or lush but very stark and wild and quite strongly beautiful and primal. (April – October)In the Summer months however it rains occasionally and the area is lush and very sub-tropical (November – March)

DRIVING HOURS FOR CHECK IN TIME
We can not accept a booking for that night if the guest arrives in Denpasar (the airport) after 02.00 p.m. – the drive to the north is at least three and half (3 ½) hours. The 20 minutes boat trip to the resort must be carried out in daylight for safety/comfort reasons
