15 Rooms. The Mansion is located in a quiet lush side valley of Sayan, only 10 minutes away from the center of Balinese art and culture. The Mansion in Ubud is a new private resort designed for the high end corporate markets, art buyers, celebrities and other eminent guests seeking utmost privacy while still being able to entertain their friends or business associates in stylish Ubud.

The Mansion is integrating modern & traditional Bali architectural & hospitality. A departure from the norm and is already redefining the concept of exclusive estate resort. Originally built as a private residence on a large estate, the Mansion is all confidentiality behind wrought iron gates, pools and manicured tropical gardens. A team of dedicated Balinese butlers caters to each guest preference. An ideal place for functions and parties, the entire estate is preferably let as a whole, but several of the fifteen suites and residences are also available individually.

Condition using Room :

• Children under 12 years old (max 1 children permitted) sharing parent\'s bed - stay free;
  With Not Include breakfast for 5 years above.
• Late check-out time upon availability and prior request.
• Check in time : 14:00pm
• Check out time : 12:00 noon
• Check out late till 6:00pm will be applied 50% from 1 night rate and will be full charge for check out late 6pm above

• Cancellation :
  - Low Season : 7 days prior arrival date otherwise there will be one night charged of total rooms reserved.
  - High Season : 14 days prior arrival date otherwise there will be one night charged of total rooms reserved.
  - Peak Season : 21 days prior arrival date otherwise there will be one night charged of total rooms reserved.
  - NO SHOW : Full Charge of total rooms reserved.
• Full payment must be made upon arrival in Bali.
