The program starts by visiting the traditional market place at Amlapura where participants will buy spices and ingredients for the cooking class: ginger, turmeric, lemon grass, shallots, chillies etc. On the way back to the hotel we will pass by Ujung water palace, temples, beautiful mountain and rice fields... Cooking class at hotel will be held in the garden or on the sea-front garden. Our Chef will guide you to make the Fish Soup Karangasem style, Shredded Chicken Balinese style etc. (4 recipes).
